Name: Emma Raj
Alias: Sanguinarius, The Blood Goddess (self-proclaimed), Emir Raja, Khorne, Mary, others unconfirmed.
Affiliation: None directly. Cooperative with Medea Sinc. in past with sizeable "donations."

Specialty:

1. Hemo-kinetic, highest degree. Causes spontaneous hemorrhage and/or anticoagulation in living organisms.
2. Self-liquefication and transformation.
3. Emotional control to a mild degree. Limited to lust and rage.

Motive/Psyche: Severely megalomaniacal delusionary. Believes that she is a goddess, thousands of years old. She hints in dramatic tones that her presence has been written about since the Bible (Deuteronomy 12:23) and before. Fancies herself as the embodiment of blood; a claim which cannot be disproven considering her unusual talents.

Weaknesses:

1. Relatively powerless against inorganic synthetics. (Disgusted by synthetic mercenary/pop bands like Fin.K.I.L.L. and Baby B.O.T.Z.)
2. Grandiose ego and blood lust are potentially exploitable.
3. Possible weakness to blood-borne infection or stem cell clonal cancers.

Notes: I dislike working with her. Firstly, we have no biological data on her - all serum and DNA samples come back as "denatured" and 3-DRI scans consistently show her internal organs unreadable due to "homogenous densities." Too powerful, too unpredictable, and worstly, she has a rather distasteful sense of humor. Prior to the Sinner-Jury pact, she amused herself with our Corean Corps field operatives via engorging their genitalia and/or effecting them to urinate blood. What she did to the opposition, I would not wish upon my worst enemy. Well, at least since our truce with Sir Jury's clan.

Artist's Notes: I wanted to explore darker skin tones, which was made slightly more difficult with the added blood effect. My previous Emma Raj was based on redhead Angie Everhart, although deep down I felt she was lacking something. This one is inspired by the late great Aaliyah.
