Cora Narri : (As in "Coro-nary") The heart-breaker of all heart-breakers. The pain in your chest could be intense love or brutal death. I drew this one in February of 1999, for a presentation on congestive heart failure. Since she is the Cardiac Queen and it was the month of February, I tried to put as many "heart" shapes as I could in the little drawing. Her lips, face, hair style, and the central I.V.'s coming out of her left subclavian vein (left shoulder) all form little hearts. The bracelet on her right wrist is supposed to be a tiny "swan," a commonly used type of I.V. that measures heart pressures.
