A Girl : A fun superheroic drawing I made. Sort of an Asian Super-Girl. Works well with the whole schoolgirl uniforms they still have to wear in certain parts of Asia. I had fun contrasting a slightly more realistic style with the cutesy anime style in the background.
The pattern on her skirt is a Korean chasu (or "embroidery") pattern. This particular one taken from a cloth made for a bridal gift chest. This Korean embroidery was a way of cultivating beauty in every corner of daily life. For the most part, such patterns of chasu were reserved for nobility although common people were allowed to wear such embroidered clothes at the time of their wedding, as a ceremonial dress ("hwarot").
That short hair style seems to be a popular one in Korean pop culture at the time of this drawing.
The boba drink reference is a very popular tea I have yet to try.
The ubiquitous "One-Eyed Kitty" makes an appearance on her sock and in the cartoon.
